The goal was bigger than ranking a handful of service pages. I rebuilt the site's organic search footprint around commercial services, local Auckland searches, useful content and stronger internal SEO architecture.
SEO performance was built around commercially valuable searches, not vanity keywords. Several of the site's core Auckland renovation queries reached page-one average positions during the analysed period.
A focused article around Auckland minor dwelling rules became one of the site's largest organic entry points — proving how search-led content can create demand beyond core service pages.
Rankings shown are Google Search Console average positions for 1 May 2025 — 1 May 2026 and may vary by date, location and device.
BUILDMAX required a different SEO approach: establishing a search footprint for a growing construction procurement and building materials platform, while creating a scalable structure for services, products, resources and commercial landing pages.

WEM operates in a highly competitive software category spanning no-code development, enterprise automation and AI—areas also covered by our AI and automation services and practical AI automation guide. The SEO work focused on strengthening the site's technical foundation, information architecture, product visibility and search coverage across core platform pages.
WEM achieved strong Google visibility around its core platform, no-code and AI positioning, with multiple high-intent searches averaging top-three — and often near-number-one — rankings.
Every number is tied to a named source and reporting period. GA4 is used for actual sessions, Google Search Console for search performance, and Semrush for market estimates and competitive visibility.
The Renovation Team already had more than 300 completed projects and 165 five-star reviews. Over approximately one year, ANDER turned that real-world authority into a structured, search-led digital platform through our SEO and growth marketing approach. The same technical foundations are organised in our SEO checklist for 2026.
Visit live websiteThe objective was not to optimise a few isolated pages. It was to make the company discoverable through services, Auckland locations, homeowner questions and real project proof—while supporting a move towards larger, premium renovation work.
Strategy, technical SEO, content, UX and implementation were developed together on the live website. Each improvement was designed to strengthen the wider search system rather than exist as a one-off fix.
We reorganised the website around how Auckland homeowners actually search: by renovation service, property situation, location, question and proof of completed work.
This replaced reliance on one general renovation page with a wider network of relevant organic entry points.A central locations hub now connects six regional landing pages with relevant services, property needs and completed projects across Auckland.
Each region uses a location-specific H1, regional context, breadcrumbs, internal links and a clear enquiry path.Pages were reviewed individually for titles, descriptions, H1–H3 hierarchy, search intent, introductions, service copy, anchor text, canonical settings and indexation.
Large project and service image libraries were also supplied with descriptive English alt text and checked across desktop, tablet and mobile. We introduced a structured data framework spanning the business, website, navigation, breadcrumbs, FAQs, articles, lists, locations and project-related content.
Technical work included Google verification, Tilda CDN preconnect, hero image preload, priority loading, WebP delivery, asynchronous decoding and layout-stability improvements. For redesigns and migrations, our website redesign SEO checklist covers redirects, canonicals, sitemap updates and ranking protection.Useful content was built around building consent, minor dwellings, renovation costs, planning, electrical upgrades, property improvement, FAQs and full-home project stories.
The Minor Dwelling guide shows how an educational page can become its own Google entry point and lead visitors naturally towards commercial services.Fourteen renovations across Grey Lynn, Onehunga, Mount Eden, Epsom, Remuera, Mission Bay, Pakuranga, St Heliers, Newmarket, Devonport, Glenfield, Hillcrest and Flat Bush were connected with relevant locations and services.
Dedicated SEO project pages are the next stage of the ongoing programme; they are not presented here as already complete.Search journeys were connected to clearer consultation CTAs, improved forms and expanded quizzes covering property type, renovation stage, scope, finish level, budget and timing.
Mobile usability, direct contact options and stronger trust signals help the right homeowners understand the offer and submit better-qualified enquiries.Google Search Console monitoring, technical and content audits, competitor research, indexation reviews and regular link, form and responsive QA keep the system improving.
Authority work included evaluating relevant partnerships and securing a contextual MoneyHub directory backlink without overstating its impact. These figures are shown only where a confirmed source and reporting period are available. They describe search visibility and visit quality without claiming untracked leads or revenue.
From June to July, visitors arriving through organic search engaged more deeply. Both the organic engagement rate and average engagement time improved, showing stronger visit quality.
Combined search performance for 1 June–30 July 2026, with 1.1% CTR and an average position of 22.8 across the complete query set.
Reviewed on 6 August 2026. Rankings are approximate because Google results vary by location, device and user, but the snapshot shows TRT already competing in the upper tier of Auckland’s full-service renovation market.
The transformation changed how every service, article, location and project supports the rest of the website.
The Renovation Team website now operates as a scalable organic search platform rather than a static company brochure. Potential customers can discover the business through renovation services, Auckland locations, educational questions and real project examples. Every new article, service and completed renovation now has a clear place within the wider SEO system.
GA4 figures represent measured sessions and engagement data, while Google Search Console covers search performance from 1 June to 30 July 2026. GA4 key events were not configured during this period, so lead growth is not claimed. Semrush traffic figures are labelled as estimates.
ANDER transformed a broad multi-category construction supply offer into a structured digital platform for contractors, developers, distributors and global manufacturers. SEO was integrated into the architecture, commercial content, technical setup and RFQ journey. For businesses connecting organic enquiries to structured follow-up, our CRM and business systems service and CRM implementation guide cover the next operational layer.
Visit live websiteA distributor seeking factory-direct product lines, a contractor sourcing for a project and a manufacturer entering the Caribbean do not search in the same way. BUILDMAX needed more than basic metadata: it required connected commercial journeys within one recognisable procurement brand.
Multiple material categories, customer types and procurement needs had to remain clear within one brand.
Distributors, contractors, developers, project owners and manufacturers search with different commercial intent.
Services, products, partnerships and educational content needed clearer paths to enquiry.
The website needed a content, internal-linking and structured-data system that could expand with the business.
Positioning, architecture, on-page SEO, content and quality control were developed as consecutive layers of the same platform—not as disconnected optimisation tasks.
Reviewed commercial priorities, search themes, website structure and technical foundations.
Separated priority audiences and services into focused, crawlable landing pages.
Standardised metadata, headings, canonical signals, image descriptions and page targeting.
Developed Insights, Publications, product education and market-focused content systems.
Reviewed internal links, responsive behaviour, CTA routes, indexation and sitewide consistency.
The work connected technical SEO with how buyers understand the offer, how Google crawls the website and how every priority audience reaches a meaningful next step.
BUILDMAX was reframed as a structured construction procurement partner rather than a generic material supplier.
Keyword themes connect construction procurement, manufacturer-direct sourcing, material supply and regional project support with Guyana and Caribbean relevance.Priority audiences received focused entry points instead of being asked to interpret one broad service offer.
Each page connects its search intent with the next relevant commercial action.Unique titles and descriptions, H1–H3 hierarchy, descriptive URLs, canonical settings, page introductions, navigation labels and image alt text were reviewed page by page.
Intent alignment reduces overlap between unrelated pages and helps every landing page communicate a distinct purpose.A connected schema architecture was applied across the organisation, website, navigation, pages, breadcrumbs, contact information, imagery and regional coverage.
This clarifies the machine-readable relationship between the BUILDMAX brand, commercial pages, contact points and areas served without claiming guaranteed rich results.Commercial solutions were linked with relevant product categories, while educational content now routes visitors towards services, materials, RFQ, Contact and WhatsApp.
Breadcrumbs, contextual links and corrected CTA destinations connect manufacturer, distributor and project-procurement journeys. Our website form–CRM integration guide explains how organic enquiries can move safely into structured follow-up.Insights, Publications, corporate profiles, distributor resources, product cards, technical guides and market updates create a repeatable authority system.
Content answers genuine procurement and product questions while creating contextual routes back to services, materials and RFQ actions.Context-specific alt text replaced generic image labels across service, product, publication and brand imagery.
Headings, links, buttons, crawlability, duplicate signals and destinations were rechecked across desktop, tablet and mobile after updates and republication. These indicators describe verifiable implementation—not assumed rankings. The architecture gives new services, materials and resources a defined place in the wider organic system.
The strongest result is a broader, clearer set of organic entry points. Available third-party data is kept separate from implementation evidence and described without unsupported percentages.
This is a recorded third-party backlink count. It is not presented as the number of links created by ANDER.
The platform now separates procurement, distribution, manufacturer representation, product education and regional content while connecting organic landing pages directly to RFQ, Contact and WhatsApp.
Semrush data is presented as a third-party snapshot, including 100+ backlinks recorded. Exact Google Search Console, GA4, lead and revenue growth figures were not available for this case study, so no unsupported percentages or conversion claims are used.
The result is not only cleaner SEO. Different audiences can now recognise the right offer sooner, learn through relevant content and reach a commercial action without navigating through unrelated services.
Distributors enter through content aligned with supply and product-range expansion needs.
Contractors and developers can find project procurement services without unrelated offers.
Manufacturers have a dedicated route explaining BUILDMAX’s Caribbean representation model.
Product and market content reaches researchers before they are ready to submit an RFQ.
Every new article, publication or product page strengthens the wider internal-linking system.
Organic discovery is directed towards RFQ, Contact and WhatsApp instead of isolated information.
BUILDMAX now has clearer search positioning, dedicated entry points for priority audiences, connected structured data, scalable authority content and direct routes from organic discovery to an RFQ.
The website can keep expanding without rebuilding its SEO foundation every time a new product line, market insight, publication or commercial service is introduced.
SEO work stays connected to the live website, commercial priorities and real performance. Every improvement becomes part of a system that can be measured and refined.
Crawlability, indexation, metadata, schema, site health and page performance priorities. Teams publishing through Tilda can use our Tilda SEO checklist before opening a website for indexation.
Keyword intent translated into services, locations, guides and internal-link pathways.
Useful page content, headings, FAQs, images and conversion context built around demand.
Source-labelled reporting across GA4, GSC and Semrush, reviewed against every implemented change.
ANDER builds complete search-led website systems that connect strategy, content, technical SEO and conversion design.
